Have you ever heard of Tteok (Rice Cake)? Tteok is made from rice or sweet rice with other natural ingredients. Tteok is one of Korea's most favorite traditional snacks. Mr. Young-bok Kim, Korean cuisine specialist, will give a lecture on tteok and the audience members will have the opportunity to explore the world of tteok.
