Visitor Guidelines

  • All adult visitors must bring government issued photo ID (passport or driver’s license)

  • Food and drink (other than water in a secure bottle or for medical reasons) are not allowed

  • Small backpacks are allowed but must be worn on your front or carried in your hand

  • Service dogs are welcome, but pets or emotional support animals are not allowed in the building

  • Visitors may be held accountable for any damages made to the artwork due to disorderly conduct

  • Please note that the KCCNY building is currently under 24 hour surveillance camera

  • For building capacity and safety purpose, groups larger than 20 must request a group tour

How to Request a Group Tour

Step 1. Please submit Group Appointment Request Form at least 30 days prior to your desired visit date.

  • You must have 20 or more participants, and total group size must not exceed 40 people.

  • For every 10 students (minors), at least one adult chaperone must accompany the group.

  • Group visits are available on Thursdays only (excluding public holidays), during one of the following time slots:

    • 10:00 AM – 11:00 AM

    • 2:00 PM – 3:00 PM

Step 2. Confirm the group tour date and time with KCCNY

  • Your form will be reviewed, and the visit will only be confirmed once you receive an official confirmation email from us. Please note that the tour schedule is not finalized until the confirmation is sent.

Step 3. Please plan to arrive 10 minutes before the scheduled tour time to check in. 

  • All adult chaperones must bring government issued photo ID (passport or driver’s license)

  • If you are late more than 15 minutes, the tour can be canceled.

  • The tour will last approximately 1 hour.

  • If plans change, you must notify KCCNY at least 72 hours(3days) before your scheduled tour time.

  • Cancellations without prior notice may limit your ability to book future visits.

  • No food or drink is allowed in the KCCNY building.

  • KCCNY does not have parking space for visitors.

    Please note that the group tour program is intended to support the promotion of Korean culture for only educational purpose. We kindly ask that visits for the private purpose of casual viewing refrain from applying and instead consider individual visits.
