Led by choreographer and artistic director, Mi-sook Hwang, Pasha Dance Company will bring Mokyrun and Mass Communications which was awarded by Korean Ministry of Culture & Tourism as one of the Best Dance Productions in 2006.
Talented violinist Joo Young Oh who performed in last year’s Asian Cultural Festival, will again demonstrate his award-winning prowess as a solo performer.
Now in its second year, 2007 Asian Cultural Festival will take place from April 18~22 with participating Asian and Asian-American artists from New York, Korea, Taiwan, and China. Seen through the prism of traditional Asian art and pop culture, the audience members will experience both the clash of different Asian cultures and their ultimate convergence into one cutting-edge art form.
