Each year, in May, Won Kwang Korean School of New York has the pleasure to host the New York Korean American Children's Festival.

This festival has been in operation for over a decade now and has grown to become an important event for the community. Through the New York Korean American Children's Festival, participants have the opportunity to learn and appreciate the rich culture of Korea. What started out as a small local event has now expanded its venue to bring a memorable occasion to all in attendance.

This year will mark the 21st anniversary for this popular function. This annual event provides various traditional Korean folk games and presentations that attract families from all over New York.
