Join our second iteration of K-New Leaders Online with James Park (Social Media Manager at Eater) and Eric Kim (columnist at Food52)! For this talk, James and Eric will share their experiences and perspectives on career development in the field of food content creation and writing.
In addition, James and Eric will share stories about their amazing Korean food recipes and recommend easy and simple Korean recipes for those of you who are cooking more at home because of the social distancing.
About the Speakers
James Park
James Park is the Social Media Manager and “official eater” at Eater. He is also a founder of ‘Cooking My Feelings with Jamesy,’ which is a one-stop website where you can read and watch about food, especially Korean food and recipes. As a Korean food content creator, James launched a Youtube channel called Jamesy World, where he introduces Korean food recipes and also shared them on his wildly popular Instagram

Eric Kim
Eric Kim is a writer, recipe developer, and the Table for One columnist at Food52. Formerly the digital manager of FoodNetwork.com and a writing instructor at Columbia University, he has written for Saveur, Bon Appétit, and The Kitchn. Eric is currently working on his first cookbook on Korean American cuisine.

K- New Leaders Program
Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, the 2020 K-New Leaders program has returned in virtual format so that everyone can enjoy the talk program safely at home. The K NewLeaders program was launched last year to create a platform for the next generations of leaders and like minded community members who support cultural exchange. The program supports young professionals and students to enhance their capacity through cultural arts programs, mentoring, lectures, and networking opportunities.
