Korean Film Screening & Discussion: A Smile

So-jun (Sang-mee Choo), a freelance photographer, finds herself with degenerating illness to her eyesight--which will eventually leave her blind.  Director Kyung-hee Park illustrates So-jung's inner world as a woman and reveals her subtle emotions for someone so young-in her 20s-to lose her eye sight. 
A Smile was featured in numerous international film festivals, including the 6th Locarno International Film Festival. 

Guest Speaker Ms. Hyun-Ock Im will briefly introduce the film and lead a discussion after the movie.
