JANG Ga-pil (LEE Mun-sik), an ordinary businessman in his forties, returns home one day and find his daughter sexually harassed by some schoolboys including the school boxing star KANG Tae-wook.  Being fully aware of his status - a man with neither the political power nor the money to fight for justice - he makes a plan to stab KANG to death on his way to school. However, his murder scheme fails miserably.  In the midst of despair, Ga-pil encounters a boy named GO Seung-suk(LEE Jun-ki) who agrees to teach him how to fight in only 40days.
