Under the artistic direction of the world renowned maestro Myung-Whun Chung, Seoul Philharmonic will present a night of classical music for the fans in New York.
Founded in 1945, Seoul Philharmonic is one of the oldest and most famous orchestras in South Korea. Maestro Chung, former music director of l'Opera de la Bastille, also leads Seoul Philharmonic at The General Assembly Hall for UN dignitaries to commemorate the UN Day.
The program for Carnegie Hall concert includes Verdi’s Overture to La forza del destino, Brahms’s Symphony No. 2, and selected arias from Verdi’s La Traviata.
