Center Stage Korea 2008
Tradition and Innovation in the Performing Arts
The Korean Ministry of Culture and Tourism proudly presents the music of Haegumplus, Dulsori (in association with globalFest), and UBIN Dance (as a part of Contemporary Dance Showcase Phase 2: Japan & East Asia); co-organized by the Korea Arts Management Service and Korean Cultural Service New York. Hamgumplus will showcase their erudite blend of Korean traditional and Western music at the 2008 APAP Conference, along with the thunderous Korean percussion group Dulsori and the celebrated Korean dance company UBIN Dance; all making their New York debuts. These groups were chosen through a selective review process by the respected performing arts professionals in New York City.
