Suk Soon Jung of Project S, his all-male Korean dance company, and Young Hoon Oh of Dance Traveler each perform duets that express refined and expansive movements with influences of shadow boxing, gymnastics, ballet and contemporary dance. Kim/O. Bang Art Group, influenced by Korean traditional dance and nature, focuses on the theatrical, the improvisatory and the natural in movement. This is an unusual glimpse into the experimental and highly physical world of the male dancer in Korea. Physical partnering with a touch of humor is a signature.
