THE BANG GROUP along with Sin Ae Park and Catherine Tharin present two evenings of performances by Korean Choreographers on June 7th & 8th, 7 pm, NYC. The Bang Group, the producer of the festival, is a world-renowned dance company founded in 1995 in New York.
The festival was co-programmed by Catherine Tharin, a critic of The Dance Enthusiast, Side of Culture, and WAMC, an NPR station. She served 15 years as the dance and performance curator at the 92NY Harkness Dance Center, and is a former member of the Erick Hawkins Dance Company.
Arts on Site, a local professional organization, provides artists with a wide range of opportunities for artistic development through performances and artist residency programs that support artists and encourage community cooperation.
