An unorthodox public prosecutor suspects a former classmate of a series of crimes. Although his superiors try to block his every move, he stakes his reputation on his classmate's guilt. Another Public Enemy is a thematic sequel to Woo-suk Kang's hugely successful 2002 film, Public Enemy, which also starred Kyung-gu Sol.
