The Korean Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism proudly presents:
the music of Soo-jung Chae and the Noreummachi Ensemble (in association with Asia Society), dance performance of Jang Eun Jung Dance Company (in association with Japan Society), and play by Sadari Movement Laboratory (in association with Public Theater), four amazing pieces of Korea's vibrant traditional and contemporary performing arts.

Sadari Movement Laboratory brings George Buchner's Woyzeck to NYC, based on the true story of a tormented German soldier. Wooden chairs and Astor Piazzolla's tango music are used to reveal various emotional states.

The Noreummachi Ensemble absorbs the thrilling sound of farmer's music in a display of percussive fireworks. Pansori singer Soo-jung Chae uses powerful voice to tell romantic tragic tales of the past through the soulful epic singing of Pansori.
