Invited by The New York Musical Theatre Festival, My Scary Girl is a musical based on the hit Korean film of the same title and features the cast of the award-winning Seoul production. Created by Kyoung-Ae Kang (Book and Lyrics) and Will Aronson (Music), this darkly unpredictable romantic comedy knows that love and trust should go hand in hand… even when there is a severed limb hiding in the kimchi fridge. The musical will be performed in Korean with English supertitles and it is an official selection of the New York Musical Theater Festival and Daegu International Music Festival.
