A unique, authentic blend of modern and traditional Korean dance, "Life is Every Day: So Close Yet So Far Away" presents a glimpse into the dramatic lifestyle changes of transplanted Koreans as they are forced to adapt to foreign cultures. Inspired by real events in Sunhwa Chung’s own journey of accepting change and embracing new customs, the audience will be able to engage directly and emotionally with the performance. This performance highlights her technical, physical, and most importantly, her spiritual, expression.
